La Dispensa was born of owner Pina Gioia’s love and passion for quality Italian cuisine. In 2022, she teamed up with former Michelin-starred chef Gerardo Metta to create a unique venue.

A few months later, La Dispensa entered the GaultMillau guide with 14 points, then received a Michelin star and 15 GaultMillau points a year later.

In addition to its exceptional cuisine, La Dispensa offers a warm, family atmosphere. The restaurant offers a table in the main dining room overlooking the kitchen and a private table in the cellar, both of which offer a quality culinary experience.
