In a venerable 14th-century house, stylishly renovated, guests are seduced by a multi-course menu that focuses on local, plant-based ingredients. This is complemented by fish and meat from local waters and fields, providing an exciting succession of creative dishes to discover.
We are also happy to offer matching drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, which we carefully select, develop and create.
