In the gourmet restaurant La Brezza (2 Michelin stars and 18 GaultMillau points), chef Marco Campanella serves light, smart and Mediterranean cuisine.
Since summer 2018, Marco Campanella has been surprising guests at La Brezza restaurant in the Hotel Eden Roc with imaginative international creations. The 32-year-old German-Italian learned his trade from the best chefs in Switzerland and was named “Discovery of the Year in Ticino” by GaultMillau in its 2019 guide in 2018.
He has set himself the goal of never allowing boredom to set in on the plate. He achieves this with his unique creations – both in his regular seven-course menu and in the plant-based Moving Mountains variant. Marco Campanella’s kitchen mainly uses local, regional products from Lake Maggiore or Vallemaggia.
