Since 2017, the west wing of the Historisches Museum Bern has been home to the Steinhalle restaurant, designed and run by chef Markus Arnold.
Supported by his talented team, the chef prepares what he loves best: cuisine that sharpens the senses, inspired by Chef Arnold’s travels, images and thoughts.
Guests can enjoy Markus Arnold’s creations in the form of a five- or six-course menu. These are adapted on request to individual preferences, aversions and allergies.
Guests come, let themselves be taken on a journey and stay as if among friends. The Steinhalle boasts a Michelin star and 17 GaultMillau points.
