Mission
Les Grandes Tables is an association of chefs from all over the country who share the same passion, the quality of cooking and service. Our active members have the common goal of promoting, at the national and international levels, the hospitality industry and gastronomic cuisine in Switzerland. We also attach great importance to food health and are actively involved in training in order to transmit our know-how to future generations.

We want to make our association more dynamic and strengthen its reputation in Switzerland and abroad. We want to bring in new strengths and new ideas, while respecting our well established values. We want to be even more committed to health through cooking.
